ബര്‍ലിന്‍: യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന്റെ പൊതു കുടിയേറ്റ, അഭയ നയത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് ഇളവ് അഭ്യര്‍ത്ഥിക്കാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയിട്ടതായി നെതര്‍ലന്‍ഡ്സ് അറിയിച്ചു. വലതുപക്ഷ കൂട്ടുകെട്ട് ഗവണ്‍മെന്റ് രാജ്യത്തെ "എക്കാലത്തെയും ഏറ്റവും കര്‍ശനമായ അഭയ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ" പദ്ധതികള്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതിന് ശേഷമാണ് ഇത്തരമൊരു നീക്കം.

അതേസമയം യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന്റെ പൊതു അഭയ നയത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് വിട്ടുനില്‍ക്കാന്‍ നെതര്‍ലാന്‍ഡ്സ് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതായിട്ടാണ് ഡച്ച് മൈഗ്രേഷന്‍ മന്ത്രി മര്‍ജോലിന്‍ ഫേബര്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്. അഭയം, കുടിയേറ്റം എന്നിവ സംബന്ധിച്ച യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന്‍ വ്യാപകമായ നിയമങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്മാറാനുള്ള പദ്ധതികള്‍ നെതര്‍ലന്‍ഡ്സിലെ വലതുപക്ഷ സഖ്യ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ബുധനാഴ്ചയാണ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്.

ഡച്ച് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കര്‍ശനമായ ഇമിഗ്രേഷന്‍ നയം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണിത്. ഗീര്‍ട്ട് വൈല്‍ഡേഴ്സിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള തീവ്ര വലതുപക്ഷ ഫ്രീഡം പാര്‍ട്ടി (പിവിവി) അംഗമാണ് ഫാബര്‍.

യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന്റെ പൊതു അഭയ നയത്തിന് പുറത്ത് തുടരാനുള്ള കരാറില്‍ ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്താന്‍ ഡെന്മാര്‍ക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇയു പാര്‍ലമെന്റ് ഏപ്രിലില്‍ ബ്ളോക്കിന്റെ പുതിയ മൈഗ്രേഷന്‍ ഉടമ്പടി അംഗീകരിച്ചു.അതേസമയം നെതര്‍ലാന്‍ഡ്സിന് ഒഴിവാക്കല്‍ നല്‍കണമെങ്കില്‍, 27 അംഗരാജ്യങ്ങളും യൂറോപ്യന്‍ യൂണിയന്റെ മൈഗ്രേഷന്‍ ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ ഒരു പരിഷ്കരണത്തിന് സമ്മതിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
